Bloggers - Ryan and Jason
Photographers - Josh and William
Spelling – we did our horrible hundred ,we learned some new words like filly ,foal  exemplary, lavish, foe, conceal and obliterated.
Art We made a Blitz inspired front cover.  We looked at examples of sunsets and silhouettes. Next we used pastels to create a sunset background using a limited colour palette. The pastels were fun to use but VERY messy!  Black sugar paper was used to make a city skyline silhouette. We learned about search lights and added these to our final picture.
Literacy – In literacy we have been reading The Highwayman.  This is a great poem, but quite sad.
Maths – In maths we started Cracking Timestables, we had a sheet and we had to complete it in 3 minutes. After that we put very big numbers in order and compared them.
History – In history we have been learning about world war 2. We looked at a map to find which countries were in the war.
