P.E: Gumboot dancing
Gumboot (wellies) dancing started when African mines celebrated getting new gumboots or other things to be proud of. We tried gumboot dancing in and it was great fun!
In our lesson, we filmed each other and watched it on the big screen!

Christmas maths:
On Tuesday there was no proper maths, so, as it was near Christmas, we did some Christmas maths. The first task was fitting certain shapes into a present shape. It was very good fun. Task two was Christmas code crackers. We had to add up all the right numbers to make a word. It was really challenging (for those who got onto it)!

Viruses:
What is it like to know what’s in your body?
Eloise: It’s interesting but scary at the same time. It’s also weird that on a single piece of bacteria, there’s 10,000 viruses.
Bread making:
Did you enjoy it?
Abbie: I really enjoyed choosing the different ingredients to go into our bread. I liked working as a team.
What did you learn?
Hannah: I learnt about the effort it takes to make it and shape it to the right size. I really enjoyed it, even if it was a bit of a challenge. They look great!
Christmas lunch:
How was the Christmas lunch?
Jaiyeola: I found it good, the sausage wrapped in bacon was the best. The chocolate cake was epic and I wanted an other one.

£2 room:
How did the £2 room compare to other years?
Nick: It was definitely one of the best years. I really enjoyed choosing from a wide variety of gifts.
